Shipping Policy

• Once payment received and cleared, we will post your item within 5 working days. We use parcel force 48 hour delivery service for our pc's. Most pc's are posted within 3 working days. Once posted we will notify you via email and include a tracking number. Please note parcelforce do not operate on the weekend. If you made a purchase from Friday 12pm till Sunday late, your order will be processed on Monday.

  We advise our customers to open and check the parcel for any damage on delivery prior to signing. If the courier refuses to wait then we advise that you sign for the goods received as damaged. We can not be held liable for damage caused in transit.

Returns Policy

• 4.  CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
  1.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
  (a) you can notify us by email to support@tech-wizz.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
  (b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 1.2 below.
  1.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
